Attendance management
Attendance management that payroll can trust
Clock-in from a phone or the web, or import punches from your biometric machine. WeHR works out each day by shift, lets people fix missed punches with approval, and gives HR a muster to settle and lock before payroll.

What WeHR attendance does
Clock-in on web and phone
Employees punch in and out from a browser. With location clock-in, WeHR records whether they were inside the office zone; a selfie can be required.
Shifts and night shifts
Define shifts with start and end times; punches after midnight count towards the night shift they belong to.
Biometric and Excel imports
Import punches exported from a biometric device or a sheet — WeHR checks the file and reports rows it could not match.
HR marking
Mark Present, Half day, Absent, On duty or a leave type for people who don’t punch, such as drivers or site staff.
Regularisation
Employees ask to correct a missed or wrong punch with a reason; their manager or HR approves.
Weekly offs and holidays
Weekly-off patterns and holidays by year feed straight into each day’s code.
Settle absences and lock
Before payroll, every absent or missed-punch day is listed with leave balances to settle; then lock the month so payroll reads a fixed muster.
Reports
Monthly muster and attendance summaries in Excel, and attendance trends in HR analytics.
Questions
Can WeHR stop people clocking in from home?
With location clock-in, WeHR records each punch’s location and whether it was inside your office zone, and can ask for a selfie. HR sees punches made outside the zone.
Does WeHR connect directly to biometric machines?
Today you import the punches your device exports (Excel or CSV). There is no live device connection yet.
How does attendance affect salary?
Payroll uses the locked attendance month: absent days and unpaid leave become loss of pay, so salary and attendance always agree.
