Employee self-service
Self-service your employees will actually use
Most staff won’t install another app. With WeHR they open My space in any phone browser — or simply message WeHR on WhatsApp, Slack or Microsoft Teams to check a balance, apply for leave or get their payslip.

What employees can do themselves
My space
Payslips, tax declarations, leave balances and requests, attendance, expense claims and helpdesk tickets — in a mobile-friendly page.
WhatsApp assistant
Employees check leave balance, apply for or cancel leave, see their latest payslip, attendance this month and coming holidays. Managers approve leave there too.
Slack and Microsoft Teams
The same assistant inside Slack or Teams for office teams that live in chat.
Safe by design
Employees confirm who they are the first time, numbers are masked for HR, and people who leave are unlinked automatically.
Fewer HR questions
When people can see their own balances and payslips, HR stops answering the same questions every month.
Questions
Do employees need to install an app?
No. My space works in any phone browser, and the WhatsApp, Slack and Teams assistants work in apps people already use.
Is the WhatsApp assistant an extra cost?
It is included for client companies. Your company switches it on in Settings.
How does WeHR know who is messaging?
By the mobile number on the employee record, and the first time by a date of birth or employee code check. Repeated wrong answers lock the number for an hour.
