What WeHR does for factories
Biometric machines
Connect eSSL or ZKTeco machines so punches arrive as they happen, or import the machine’s Excel export.
Rosters and night shifts
Set each person’s shift or weekly off for each day and copy a week forward. Night shifts that cross midnight count on the right day.
Overtime into payroll
WeHR finds overtime from punches. A manager approves it, then it is added to the month’s pay at your rate, or given as comp-off.
Attendance without phones
HR or a supervisor can mark attendance for a whole department at once, and record leave from the paper form.
Workers and staff, separately
Pay groups (for example Staff and Workers) get their own bank files and registers, so different pay days stay apart.
PF, ESI, PT and LWF
Worked out with every salary, including ESI continuing to the end of the contribution period after a raise. ECR and ESIC upload files are ready to upload.
Corrections with approval
Missed punches are corrected through a request the manager approves, and the month is locked before payroll.
Self-service in the browser
Workers who have a phone see payslips and leave in the browser or on WhatsApp, nothing to install.

Questions
Which biometric machines work with WeHR?
eSSL and ZKTeco machines that can send punches over HTTPS connect directly. For any other machine, import its Excel export.
Can workers without smartphones use WeHR?
Yes. Attendance can come from the machine or be marked by HR, and leave can be recorded from a paper form.
Is overtime paid at double rate?
You choose the rate as a multiple of hourly pay in Overtime settings, and the minimum minutes before overtime counts.
