For retail and field teams

HR for people who are never at a desk

Store staff and field teams clock in from their phone at the store or wherever the day starts, with the location and a selfie if you ask for it. They check payslips and apply for leave in the browser or on WhatsApp, and each store follows its own state’s rules.

What WeHR does for stores and field teams

  • Clock in at the store

Phone clock-in limited to the store’s location and distance, or from anywhere for field staff, with the location recorded.

  • Selfie check

Ask for a selfie with each clock-in when you need it.

  • Rosters and weekly offs

Shifts and weekly offs per person, per day, useful when stores stay open seven days.

  • Leave on WhatsApp

When your company switches it on, staff check balances and apply for leave by message, and managers approve there too.

  • Each store’s state rules

Professional Tax, LWF and holidays follow each store’s state.

  • Payslips on any phone

Staff open payslips and tax declarations in the phone browser, no app to install.

  • Expenses for field staff

Field staff claim travel and other expenses with a photo of the bill; approved claims are paid with the salary.

  • Area managers (Pro)

Logins that cover only some stores, so an area manager handles just their people.

Questions

Do staff need to install an app?

No. WeHR opens in the phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen. WhatsApp, Slack and Teams work too when your company switches them on.

Can I stop staff clocking in from home?

Yes. Set the store’s location and an allowed distance; clock-in outside it is refused. Field staff can be allowed to clock in anywhere.

What if a staff member has no smartphone?

The store manager or HR can mark attendance and record leave for them.
