Questions about pricing
How does pricing work?
You pay per active employee per month, billed monthly in advance. Prices are before GST, and employees who have left are not counted. Optional add-ons, such as employee verification, are charged per use and added to your next invoice.
Is there a limit on the number of employees?
The Free plan is for up to 5 active employees. Paid plans have no limit. If you have more than 200 employees or several branches, talk to us for a price for your company.
What happens after the trial? Can I cancel?
The trial lasts 14 days with no card needed. After it, choose a plan, or stay on Free if you have 5 employees or fewer. Plans are monthly, and you can close your account any time in Settings → Company; fees already paid aren’t refunded for part of a month. If an invoice isn’t paid, the account becomes read-only after a 7-day grace period, nothing is deleted.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time in Settings → Billing. Moving up mid-month is charged only for the days left in the month; moving down applies from your next invoice. On a plan without payroll, payroll is switched off but your past records are kept.
